Yeah, good call, Peaches. Anytime the poo isn't a dark color (usually more or less the same color as the food they're eating), it's cause of concern.

Should I lower the amount I feed him or fast him for a few days, or is it okay to feed him like normal while he is in this kind of treatment?

It's okay to feed him normally as long as he isn't acting constipated or having swim bladder problems.
