Heaters On Sale Online

Hey, I know finding heaters (and affording them) can be hard. Just wanted to let people know that the website Kens Fish - Home of quality tropical fish food and supplies is currently having a sale on their Hagen Elite heaters; the 25w is adjustable and fits nicely into most tanks 1-5g. If you are having trouble finding a heater in a store near you, you might consider ordering one. It's winter in the Northern hemisphere so our bettas need to stay warm. :)

I have ordered from this website and it's a good company. Tip: order an extra thermometer because while adjustable, the Elites don't have actual numbers on the dial so you need a thermometer to monitor the temp.

Just ordered one... I have yet to use any Hagen Elite but I have heard good things about them so I figured it would be worth a try....

Hagen's a pretty good brand (they also make the really expensive Fluval products) so you should be good. :)

Those heaters start at $30 for the 25w here O_o But shipping to Canada is like $30 lol

Sigh. Global focus needs to stop being centered around the US. We have northern neighbors who need cheap shipping too!

I would...But I'm gonna stick to my Marineland one in my 1.5 for my new fish unless needed otherwise. (I have two one is crapping out already.)

(I just can't afford it right now but good to keep in mind.)

I've had my new heater for about 2 days now... and I LOVE it.... its nice have a heater in a small tank that is NOT preset.... Orpheus seems to love it and Im going to start switching ALL of my small tanks to this.. GOODBYE preset heaters!
