Greetings from TX! I'm brand new around here, just found the forum an hour ago while researching for my betta. I had one (Buddy) several years back when I was in middle school and hadn't had another fish after he died at 4 years old. Then the other day I was in Walmart looking at all the unhappy fish when I came across a very pretty and healthy looking crowntail on the shelf and absolutely had to get him out of there!
Despite having HAD a betta for a while, I actually know very little about them, but I'm learning, and I hope hanging around here will help me out!
So hi to everyone, call me Phinn if you like (no pun intended I swear, I've been using the same screen name for years
) and this is my little guy Apollo! He's in a small tank at the moment, since I wasn't expecting to come home with a fish, until I make a trip to the pet store next weekend~
