Dropsy? Prolapse?

Hi, my Betta has developed a bloated stomach and looks to have a prolapsed intestine since last night. He's in a ten gallon with pygmies, and this has never happened despite me feeding them two separate foods. Is this a prolapse or dropsy? I attached the best image I could...the orange spot underneath his fins is what I believe to be the prolapsed intestine.

Following the lead from the thread above, here is some more information:

Temp: 78
Filtration: HOB Whisper, also serves as aeration
I do 25-33% water changes weekly
Tankmates are 3 pygmy cories and 1 fancy guppy that sneaked in with them
No signs of illness from any of the others
Betta is about 2 years old, is eating normally as of last night and still moving around
Tank is planted with Java Fern and Anachris; it does have a brown algae issue I'll be addressing with Ottos when they come in to the LFS
He is fed 5 pellets of Top Fin betta food daily, though I usually omit one day a week; the rest are fed a sinking shrimp pellet
