Flower pot question

I know to use the non painted flower pots.. but what about the glazed painted ones? I have a semi-small extra one that I am considering using in a new tank I am making. But wanting to make sure it is safe. It's not this one exactly, but it's the same paint/glaze used. Here
Anyone know the why of not using a painted with a coating pot? I can see if it is just painted without any coating/glazing.. but it seems as if there is a glaze on it and possibly fired. Would that be safe to use still since the actual paint wouldn't be touching the water? Or will the glazing leech? I believe it is a form of glazing.. it's shiny and very smooth. Very similar, if not the same, as a coffee cup.
Any info would be appreciated. Trying to make a "pretty" tank for a new girl I'm hoping to get soon.. so doing a lot of silk flowers and leaves and thought%
