To get them from eating bbs to eating floating pellets I use a light on top of the tank so the bbs swim among the pellets.
Then reduce the amount of bbs gradually.
NLS grow is a good choice (what I used last) but they sink quickly.
I'll be crushing my Attison's Betta Pro for my next spawn instead.
We made some veggie water. We put in five rotifers. Now, there are two dozen. But, they are as big as the fry. If you have micro worms put a few in a baggie and mail them to us. We can send money.
Yesterday, Cathy said there were a lot of mosquitoes in the water where we had a spawn. We thought all the babies had disappeared and we had stopped taking care of them. I looked. There were a hundred dead fry floating on the water.
The next day, I started to take them out with a baster. THEY ARE ALIVE!!! So, I took care of them. I collected as much infuscia as I could find. Without a microscope I don't know if I really fed them or not.

Chop tubflixworm or bloodworms
Small enough for them to eat
It will speed up there growth
Have some fry that's less then 2 month old that can eat 4-6 whole worm each feeding
I use daphnia, tubifex (this is always in the breeding and grow out tub), mosq larva then bloodworms (if they're big enough to eat BW, they're big enough to eat adult food). I don't use pellets.
