Where do you live? I'm not sure how well it will do in the mail if its snowing, but I'll leave that up to you. 1 portion for $5 + shipping for duckweed or dwarf water lettuce. $6/portion java moss.
As for the restrictions please check your states laws regarding these plants before buying.

For the duck weed I will give a large portion about 1/4 of a coffee mug. As for the Java Moss I have 3 portions left for sale. Portion size I pulled 2 inch diameter portions spherical in shape from my main growth of moss. When spread out it covers a about 5 inches of area easily. The guy that I sold my other portions to was very happy with the amount he received and commented that the portions were quite large.
