He's been treated for both bacterial infections, and then a few weeks later, parasites.
He's in a 5 gallon filtered, planted, heated (80F) tank, with 0ppm Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, and 7.4 pH.
Yesterday (a day after being in a HT with Tetra Parasite Guard) he was lethargic, as can be expected:
Today, he looks like this:

I'm moving him to a 1.2 gal Hospital Tank with conditioned water with dissolved epsom salt now.
1 tsp per gallon sound good?
I'm premixing this in a 1 gallon jug, and don't plan to fill it all the way to the top so he can get to the surface easily. It's 80F in the house right now so I'll hold off on the heater until tonight. I may end up floating this in his main tank.
