Worm culture? and Hatchery

What are the benefit of a worm culture? Are they better for Betta's fish since they are "live"?

And how hard is it to take care of those worm cultures? seems interesting lol

Also, how do you guys do those brine shrimp hatchery? is it hard to do?

If you mean micro worms, banana worms, vinegar eels, and etc. Those are used for fry foods. All i do for my worm cultures is make oatmeal, let it cool to room temperature. Then, put it in there, some people like to put yeast on top but its fine if you don't.
Brine shrimp is mostly a fry food also, worms are used when they are younger cause they are smaller then brine shrimp. There are a lot of videos on youtube about making them.:) Hope this helps!
