Is a 20G long tank wider or much taller then a standard 10G? I know its obviously LONGER but I can't tell if its wider or not and I can't find a ruler or tape measure.
I was thinking of sectioning off a little bit at the end of the 20g to house a baby betta and the LPS sells tank dividers but only for 10 and 40 gallon tanks. Yeah, I know I can make my own but everyone I had tried to make is a massive fail.

The baby is doing wonderfully and I would like to get it into a bigger, cycled tank and the only one I have that would work is the 20G.

Maybe I could do a breeder net instead?

So it's 2 inches wider, and 3/16 of an inch taller.
Thanks :-D

I put the baby into a 10/15 gallon storage bin BUT I have about 20 or so baby (some are nickel sized) trapdoor snails in there and it is not filtered so I am not sure I want to keep the fish in there.
