If your male's bubblenest keeps popping like mine did and your've got everything you need to get the job done, there's one household item that i've found to helps... cling wrap... surprise surprise.
It keeps the air out so the bubblenest has a chance to get nice and thick.:-D
The cling wrap keeps the humidity in, however another thing that i find works best is the use bubblewrap, or wrinkled plastic packing material, and that will keep the bubbles intacked even if you dont have a tight seal, because since that kind of stuff lies right on top of the water surface its always humid, so the bubbles never pop
