Hello Everyone,
I am new the the forum and ra new fish mom. I rescued a male Betta fish from Walmart Wednesday evening (Winston was in a small plastic bowl with about 3 inches of water) and we purchased an inexpensive 1 gallon aquarium for him. His new home has an under gravel filter and an air pump, but it keeps making bubbles at the top. From what I understand, the bubbles are due to a water imbalance. I would like to know how I can fix this, as the bubbles keep coming through the top and I am afraid Winston cannnot breathe.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
THank you.
