yes .i know people who keep female bettas together. in their experiace they survived on their own and in small groups or bigger groups just make sure their is it is roomy enough for them
how big is your tank?
how many do you plan to keep together?
and... hi milan welcome to the forum. always good to have more fishyluvrs join.
I have a 10 gallon sorority tank with 5 females in it. It seems to me that I might be able to get away with one or two more but the 5 is all I wanted. The tank has plenty of cover for the occasional squabbles but overall its a fairly peaceful tank.
Some of my females get along fine with other girls, but I have one that would tear one of my my VT females to shreds if given the chance. A minimum of 4 is generally the rule, but some people keep two together with success. It just depends on the betta's personalities. Just provide plenty of hiding places, and don't be suprised if you get one or two that don't get along in groups - and be ready to trade them at the lfs for different girls.
Good luck! I always love tanks with multiple female bettas... very pretty.
