Ear cleaner in tank.

I went to Petsmart and I came home with spilled dog ear cleaner in his 1 gallon tank. He is laying on his side and I don't know what to do.

What size is your tank? 29 gallon
What temperature is your tank? 78 degrees
Does your tank have a filter? Yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration?
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? He is in a breeders box

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Omega one pellets
How often do you feed your betta fish?

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? weekly
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 50%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Stress coat +

He is doing better, he is upright now and ate a few flakes. I think he might be fine now. *Stops panicking*

It spilled in his one gallon tank. So I moved him to the 29 gallon. It was dog ear drops and I have no idea what's in it. It smells like euclyptis(Sp) leaves
