Fast-Acting Fungus and Fin Rot

Housing
What size is your tank? 2.5 gal
What temperature is your tank? 80 F
Does your tank have a filter? Yes, but the tank is uncycled
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? No
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? There are two separated by a divider. Their 5 gal should be here by Friday

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Omega One flakes and occasional freeze dried bloodworms
How often do you feed your betta fish? Every evening except Sundays

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? Every day
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? I've been doing 50% then 100% then 50%, etc. because I was worried about my other male's health
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? API Stress Coat and a drop or two of Prime

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0
pH: 7.0
Hardness: Normal
Alkalinity: Normal

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? White cottony bits clinging to his fins, which have blackened at the tips. His eyes look cloudy with the growth too
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? He won't respond to seen stimuli. He used to go hide when I came over, but now he can't see me
When did you start noticing the symptoms? This morning
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? I put the correct dosage of AQ Salt in
Does your fish have any history of being ill? N/A
How old is your fish (approximately)? I've had him three days

I was concerned about the Beast's coloring changes, but everybody seemed fine last night. This morning, as I checked in with them right before my school bus came, I immediately noticed white cottony growth and what I assume to be fin rot. Knowing there was no way I could squeeze in a WC, I put the correct dosage of AQ salt in and lowered the temperature to 75 F. Honestly, I don't know if Gorbash will still be alive when I come home. He was literally fine yesterday night... It set on so fast.

Is there anyway I can prevent this from spreading to the Beast?

It might be columnaris if it's attacking that quickly and it's very contagious. The best thing you can do is update once again whenever you come home.
