Started semi-planted tank, few questions, java moss dirftwood. (Pics!)

I started a 10gal tank a few weeks ago, I just added some java moss to a piece of driftwood. I would like to know if I need to be adding some sort of nutrients to this tank. I just have aquarium gravel as my substrate. I have a 20gal which im going to do with soil, but thats for later. Anyhow please tell me what all I need to do nutrient wise. I do have a light for it already. Also how long can I expect for it to take the moss to spread all over the driftwood. Pics included.

Also I feel my water is murkier than it should be, or compared to my other tanks.

I'm not positive, but i think its the driftwood that makes the water look murky. i have two pieces in my 20L and the water looks like weak tea. the fish seem happy, so i think its the tannins in the driftwood leaching out into the water, and its no big deal. :)
