New Super Delta!!

I just got a super delta yesterday at PJ Pets located in Kingsway Mall Edmonton. He is awesome!! He does appear to be more aggressive then Harold that is for sure.

I have decided to call him Barold. He currently lives in just a bowl, but that will be changed once I move back home next week. I am finally done school!!

PJ's Pets have been getting some nice looking Bettas got my Plakat there a few weeks ago.

You might wanna check out Big Al's they have really good looking Bettas there, Halfmoond and all that.

I wouldn't say Big Al's keep their Bettas in better condition than most chain pet stores do, but at least they're not dead/dirty water.

The Bettas are pricey though, being an aquatic pet store, HMs are around $25. But then again I've never seen a HM anywhere else in Edmonton. The one thing I like about them though is that they're fish is always in good condition, they're plants are good also.

Also, love the employees there, they're slightly misinformed but they encourage 2g+ tanks for Bettas, heated and all that.

And I guess, when comparing them to Wal-Mart and such, that is a major thing!
I know!! My new guy was 23.99, Harold was only 4.99 or 5.99. I don't know if Barold was 'worth' the price, but I really liked him so I got him. There was a red Double tail Half Moon there for 13.99. Almost scooped him instead, but decided on the delta.
I am glad that they recommend 2+ gallons and that it is heated! Good on them!
