I didn't get to see Caroline either but my brother, who is not into musicals, saw it and loved it. But then, the actress who played Grandma, Alice Playten, was a good friend. I doubt he would have gone to see it otherwise. He's also see Avenue Q and Spamalot but like I said, he's not really a musicals fan.

I have not seen Wicked, surprisingly, mostly because as much as I like the music and loved Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel, I cannot get over my intense hatred for the book it was based on and the author who wrote it. But Kristin sang a few songs from it at her concert.
