Stubborn Fin Rot

I recently tried treating Rosso for fin rot with AQ salt. I wasn't able to get rid of all of it and I also saw little improvement with his treatment. I am wanting to try a more aggressive treatment on him, but I need advice as to what medication to use, how much to use, and a suitable water change schedule for him.

I also need to know whether to leave him in his 3.5 gallon for treatment or move him to the 1 gallon "hospital" tank. Helpful feedback would be appreciated. I tried a conservative method first and now I want to try more aggressive treatment.

possibly you could try Jungle Fungus Clear. Remove any sharp decorations in the tank.
