Is it still tapeworms??

Hi y'all. First off I posted this on the previous thread I started about the rescued betta from evil walmart. I just wanted to start a new thread to get the max amount of advice. I treated my rescue "Herman" with some api general cure and thought things were good. There was no more strange looking poop with worms in it. Now, though, when he eats his belly swells up and he looks like he's getting ready to give birth to something. This is only immediately after he eats and is gone by at least the next day. Does he still have tapeworms?

More info:

Tank: 1 gallon hospital tank
Temp: 78-80 degrees
Water params: WNL
Water changes: 100% daily
Currently being fed 1x daily, frozen brine shrimp (he won't eat anything else) 1 cube quartered. Was feeding 2x daily but cutting back a little

He's currently being treated for fin rot with aquarium salts and stress coat. On 3rd day of treatment for that.

Thanks (:
