Is this a female?

I thought I had two girls.. but one has sort of long fins for a female.. can anyone tell from this pic if she's a female?

I'm pretty sure that's a boy, if I'm not mistaken I can see his beard. :P Pretty boy.

Really?! I gave her-him a boy name this whole time! LOL! Her-him was labeled a female in the store.. Guess he needs a new name.

even for a halfmoon thats reeaally long fins for a girl. The lack of egg spot and the reaction from the girl in the other half of the tank really makes me lean towards boy

Yeah he has a mini bubble nest. I'm so not smart. :) I always noticed he had too long of fins for a female.. Oh gosh. :) Here's another pic. I haven't seen him flare.. Well.. HIS name is now Stargazer. I wanted another fish to name it that anyways.. His name used to be Magic. Whoops! By the way.. This pic probably isn't much help. Sorry.

I thought I saw an eggs pot in the first place.. yeah, it looks like a boy, but that egg spot confused me. Must have been just a background color.

Thanks. I'm sure he didn't like being called a she. :P If only bettas could talk.. he could have just told me he's a he. (This would happen if bettas could talk: "Hey, Owner, it's getting cold, can you turn the heater up?" "Sure thing, Swimmy!") :P
