A good place to start

Hi I'm Jon......and I'm a bettaholic....J/K

No but really I've always like bettas ever since I had one as a kid. Unfortunatly my taste for keeping fish was soured for my aweful luck with them. My betta died, my danios were eaten by bros shark (grrr why'd he get it in the first place), and my other fish commited suiced (it jumped out of the tank). Since then I haven't kept fish but recent my little niece got a tank together and it renewed my interest in keeping them.

And I'm so excited right now as I got my tank set up and am just waiting for it to finish cycling for the first time and then I'm going to buy a betta.

I don't know though I did see a beautiful half moon betta at petsmart, it was white with a few streaks of color on the edges of it's fins.

Thanks, I've actually already posted two. I've actually been out of fish care since my dad's salt tank caught a disease and got wiped out. I know it wasn't mine but I helped tend it.
