New 20 set up finally

I have been waiting a month to get this tank and I finaly got it. It's all set up and the girls are cupped and about to be floated for a bit. Can't wait to see if they kill each other in the new space. Cross your fingers everyone. I have 12 ladies with a 30-40 gallon filter I am getting ready to baffle. I think it's a 200 watt heater? Not sure it was my dads. It's holding at 78 currently I am going to check the temp in 2 more hours and then if it's still steady I am going to float them. Tanks Specs are 30x12x12
