"Anymore" Umm... Are you SURE it is cycled??

How many gallons is your tank and what all lives in it? Generally it is a once a week 25% water change- bit it varies on the tank size.

If you were doing 100% changes during the cycle, it may not be cycled at all. How big is the tank, and how long have you been cycling it for? What method have you been using?

Short answer is yes, if it is cycled, you don't need 100% changes and should avoid them (they won't kill your cycle, but they may cause a mini-cycle, so you shouldn't do them if you can avoid it).
