Frost is most definitely a double tail. I don't even need to see what his caudal looks like. You can tell by his dorsal. Double tails will have a long forsake, while other bettas have a more set back tail.

I know that double tails have huge dorsals, and I initially also thought that Archangel ( changed his named) was a double tail. However I've looked at him from all angles possible; he defiantly has a single tail. I think he was supposed to be a double tail, hence the short body, wide dorsal, but somehow early on his two tails merged.

Any ideas about Pammy? Or is it too early to tell?

Thanks Lelei. Yeah, I couldn't believe they had some decent bettas in petco and wal-mart :/
