Was a petco find, I actually picked him over a perfectly formed delta tail platinum colored because of his pectorals xD

I wish our Petco carried their "Elephant Ears"..... Such a great find. I just went to our local store today and just two king bettas, a handful of halfmoons, deltas, doubletails, babies, veiltails, and some assorted females.

Is he white or gold with the turquoise spots? It's hard to tell in the tannin water.

They stopped carrying a lot of bettas. There is very little space for them now since they remodeled. This is good since there won't be a million fish sitting around in cups, but not carrying big ears is sad.... they should at least get in 1 or 2. Maybe it's the area i live in and they are afraid people will steal them? Who knows.

He's actually marbeling some black spots which i didnt expect. He is slightly white (not pure white) with some gold shine. The college town im at, their petco is pretty educated, they get new shipments every so often.

WOAH he looks A LOT like my new boy o.o and he is a big ear too!!! possibly brothers? Mines is from petco also!! XP lol
but he is very pretty, love his coloring and his big ears :)
