Exclamation Betta fish has been sick for a month now? ***Desperate***

Hello, I have a male crown tail betta fish he used to be all blue but now it kind of looks like he got darker and has some white tiny tiny spots all over his head even his eyes, I think he is blind but not sure also his belly is bloated and he stays on one side floating in the tank all the time he doesnt eat much or moves much either, Im sad I dont want him to die! please HELP ME!!

The white flecks sound like ick. The bloating could be Swim Bladder Disorder, since you say he floats sideways at the surface. I find this page is useful for diagnosis and some basic cures.

Thank you, Im pretty sure he does have swim bladder disorder from what the other blog says but I dont think he has ick or maybe its just starting to have ick... I already tried giving him a pea but he doesnt eat it :'(

Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration?
Is your tank heated?
What tank mates does your betta fish live with?

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish?
How often do you feed your betta fish?

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change?
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change?
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia:
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed?
How has your betta fish's behavior changed?
When did you start noticing the symptoms?
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how?
Does your fish have any history of being ill?
How old is your fish (approximately)?



Please answer all of these questions.... Then I can help you as best as I possibly can.

Housing
What size is your tank? 1.5 Gallons
What temperature is your tank? 78F
Does your tank have a filter? No
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? Top of the tank is open
Is your tank heated? No
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? None

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Topfin pellets 4 pellets 1-2 times a day as it says in the instructions and same brand bloodworms once a week
How often do you feed your betta fish? 1-2 times a day

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? 1-2 week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 100%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Topfin betta water conditioner

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters? No

How has your betta fish's appearance changed? he is bloated and he looks a little pale (not as colorful as he was when I got him)
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? he doesnt swim at all he doesnt eat much, he pretty much looks like he is dead ;-(
When did you start noticing the symptoms?
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? I just have been changing the water more often and checking the temp of the water too
Does your fish have any history of being ill? no
How old is your fish (approximately)? well I got him about 3-4 months ago but I dont know for how long they had him at the store

Okay, you need a heater for the tank because temperatures fluctuate without them. You need to do one 50% and one 100% water change a week once he is better. Along with the heater, you'll need to add 1 tsp of epsom salt per gallon. The Epsom salt (just plain Epsom salt, no additives) along with cleaner warm water should fix the swim bladder disorder. Since he is ill, do a 100% water change every day until he is better, being sure to re-add the proper ammont of Epsom salt.
