Can I feed my betta's freeze dried red shrimp?

yea, I think so. although, frozen is always better than freeze dried. But I don't see the problem.

that's what Tom does with freeze dried shrimp. I don't feed it to them now. He proberly just dosent like it, or thinks it unusual. Like, WTH? Lol

It's fine. But I buy frozen treats for my betta... They are only $5 per package and have WAY more than what comes in the little bottles.

Frozen food is also good if you have or get multiple tanks. I find that most of my fishies enjoy a bit of thawed brine shrimp or whatever I am feeding.
