O.O What is this?!?

I woke up today and noticed this on Spideys fins. Not sure what it is. He appears to be acting "normal" for him.

Judging by how round and fluffy it is, it looks like a fungus of sorts. o.o

OR, it could be your betta's slime coat fending something off. Are those tears on his fins new or have they been like that?

His fins look like they did when i got him with a bit more coloring spreading through the edges.

He's currently in a small little starter kit while my 20gl tank is in project mode to house 3 of my boys. He gets 50% changes often and 100% tossed in there. It's not a great schedule due to my work schedule not being consistent I'm working on getting it all on a better schedule for the boys, bout to get a sep desk calender to keep the changes marked since my days blur together.
