Pair #1: Form wise both female will give you similar looking fry.
Color : Female #1 - will give you a variety of colors, depending on both parent's genetic background. Most dominant should be cambodian, probably with irid. Perhaps some celophane and or irid cambodian. You will unlikely get dark shade of irid colors, but it is possible if the background was a solid/multi blue or irid colors. If the male carries NR genes, you should get white or yellow, but I doubt it will be clean. Some of them will be metallic/shiny while others will be regular color (also depending on female's background).
female #2 should give you similar colors - a multi cambodian. You might also get a more red cambodian, celophane, and blue cambodian - depends on their genetic background.
Pair #2: All females have similar form - small dorsal, delta caudal, and long anal. Form wise - you should get similar results from any female, except for the dumbo ear geno from the first female.
I prefer the second big ear because the first one doesn't look quite right - body too long, and there's someting wrong with the eyes.
Color: the male looks black-green butterfly - probably a lace line, maybe a copper cross some where along the way.
female #1 and 2: might give you some cambodian, celophane, black - irid multi, .... more dependent on the male's background - how strong of an irid gene does he carry, etc.
female #3 looks like a sibling or from similar breeding line. You should get similar colors to the parents, plus irid multi colors. The butterfly pattern should show on some fry regardless who you breed him with.
