Fin's color looks lighter

Hi everyone,

I came home today after hanging out with my friends and when I looked at my betta, his fins seem really weird to me. His Ventral Fin look lighter than normal, and they almost look like they are going to break or something. They look like thin papers and he didn't even use them to swim. He still swims normally but his fin just seems "separate" if you know what I mean. But he seems super active, keeps swimming around the bowl. I just want to make sure he is alright

WHta size of tank, how often do you clean it, what do you add, temperature, etc?

I'm trying to get a better picture but he has been swimming around non stop.

The bowl is 1 gal
Temperature is around 80
I change the water every other day 100%, add API Water Conditioning
He has Omega One Flakes, Bio Gold Pellets, Bloodworms as food

Has it gotten worse? How old is he?

Have either Kanaplex or Maracy and Maracyn 2 COMBO on hand. Is there any change in behavior at all? Darting, gasping, panicking, etc?

No. It actually got darker again but it still looks like a piece of thin paper... I'll try to get another picture. He seems pretty normal to me, just very active, keeps swimming around the tank. He eats normally, too
