Today I got home from a visit to my Mom's to find an unpleasant surprise. My short lived fish, Spiky, had passed away. I don't why, I think it either had something to do with bad water and/or Swim Bladder Disorder. When I first got him he was full of energy, he swam to all areas of his small tank. But as the weeks went on he got less and less healthy. I wasn't quite sure what it was at first but in the last two weeks before his death he seemed to be at the top a lot and in the last week he floated on his side a lot, moving only when I twisted the tank a little. I guess its my fault for not knowing how to treat this thing he had. All the internet said was some things about eating too much, he had food called a beta block, maybe that was the cause.
I hope he finds his way into heaven, RIP little guy.
