Hi! I feel embarrassed asking this, but just gotta!

(Sorry that the picture is a bit small. I tried finding a bigger one.)
So, I have this "Aqua Culture Aquarium Floating Thermometer":
My betta's tank is usually always in the green ("safe") zone, but the other day I started thinking,
"Is the green zone the 70s (in Fahrenheit) or is the top line of the green zone 70...which would mean I've had him in the 60s this whole time???"
Right now he is at the top of the green zone (I don't know if that would be 70 degrees or 80 degrees), and he is just fine (as usual)...so I know it's not a bad zone...but I am not sure what number that is.
I'm probably over analyzing this little thermometer, but about what temperature would you say he is at if he's at the top of the green zone?
