Getting new tank, need some ideas

My hubby must love me an awful lot. I am getting a new tank this weekend to house two bettas in it (obviously separated). I want to go with an Asian theme (who doesn't) and I would like some ideas about the decor I should get. They will each have 2.5 gal to swim in so not too much stuff can be used.

Well the boy I have now is Tenzen, and I am looking to get another and he will probably have an asian name too :P

Here is an idea for a name:Hyun which means wisdom in Korean.

Bamboo comes to mind. also parasols, eastern dragons, and buhuda. As well as maybe a fan, and the lettering. Also sushi . . . Chopsticks, gongs, paper lanterns . . .

Sceven: have a look at Acumen Aquatics on Facebook for some really nice Asian decor. :) Her website gallery: http://www.acumenaquatics.com/gallery.html also has some nice displays, but the facebook album may have more.

I would suggest choosing a nice plain base, white or black sand, and using Asian plants such as java moss and java fern. A simple little buddha or pagoda would set it all off nicely. :)

I actually went with black gravel with larger white stones (only about 4 in each side) and a Jade Buddha for Tenzen and a red "immortal man" on the other for Yashamaru. I ended up naming him after another character from where I got Tenzen. I REALLY need to get pictures up :)
