Pissed at Taz

Taz has a HUGE split down his tail and I am getting mad at trying to keep his tail from getting infected.

Maybe, but the plants are made from soft plastic and I used the pantyhose test

my DT had 3 such splits in his tail, 2 on the dorsal and one on the top caudal. my VT had 2 such also on his anal tail. it takes time to zip up but they will heal over. after a few split tails you get used to seeing such damage and not be as angered.

eehh... he might have overflared a bit. :V nothing to get mad at him about! i've grown rather used to splits, frays, and bites in tails. lol just keep his water clean, and it should heal right up in no time. :3

haha, I know what you mean, my guy is a crown tail, but you wouldnt know it to look at him : P Brat bites it all the time

i remember when i was new to bettas and any sort of fin damage stress me out to no end. ive grown used to finding out one has split tails, bitten tails and finrot. as for constipation, not too worried about it due to my CTs often looking bloating after 1 pellet. i'll most likely freak out if the betta has a serious disease/infection at this point.

TDP got constipated lol. Blew up like a balloon
