This is so scary. Try to keep the girls separated, as well :( I'm sorry that this is happening

Poor baby. Could be TB which is rarer in freshwater than saltwater or a fungus/parasite

Can you tell if it is coming out of her vent opening or is it from a wound...it hard to tell from the pic.

If its coming from her vent-most likely its a prolapsed..... and if a wound and her internal organs are coming out its Evisceration/ Disembowelment....

Rarely it can be treated by the hobbyist at home.....

If she is suffering....you need to do what is right by her....

I though disembowelment, but inn the second picture they are no longer hanginng out (what looked like bowles) so i mean it cant have gone back in and if she los it she would be dead by now.

Fish can survive a lot longer without their organs in place than mammals can.. I read about a fish who had a hole literally blown in it's stomach, nothing left, lived a pretty long time, several weeks...
However we shouldn't put a fish through that. :/

you should isolate ALL the bettas from each other immediately, and put them in 100% new wter. use bleched disinfected cups. (try small tupperware) so there is no infection in the cups and do & 100 on each daily, see if we can wipe this out.
