Can a betta have Narcolepsy

Just wondering, cause it seems like my Shanks falls asleep at random sometimes lol, not depending on light or anything else.. for about 2-30 sec and then continues like it didn't happened

He's active and eating other then that so doubt he's sick with something..

No because fish don't have sleep patterns like humans. He's probably just resting. I have a betta with very heavy fins who will swim and then stop, swim and then stop, and repeat this for a while. So I can see how it would give the appearance of narcolepsy.
