Unhappy Baby Betta sick and won't eat :'( </3

I recently got a baby Betta Fish and ever since I got it, it's been just floating around its tank, not even eating anything. Today I was told I have been making a big mistake of putting him in distilled water. I moved him to conditioned tap water and now he is looking a little better than he did. But he still hasn't eaten one thing. I've tried Betta flakes, blood worms and Hikari Bio Gold Pellets. He's even lost alot of his pretty colors
Help my Betta

I have a half gallon tank, but the fish is tiny so he has plenty of room.
The tank stays around 77-80F
I do not have a filter.
I have a little bubbler that moves the water just a bit.
I do not have a heater.
I had a rock with a plant living with it, but I took it out now.

I TRIED to feed it twice a day, but he never ate.
I change about 90-100% the water about one a week.
When I change the water I use Nutrafin Betta Plus.

I read somewhere around here about someone who had the same issue. If he is young enough he might still need to be fed live foods o.o Can we have a picture or two?

see if you can't get frozen or live baby brine shrimp. it might get him to eat more if he has to catch something moving.

I am going now to get frozen brine shrimp, nobody around me had live ones. One did have eggs though. I will get a picture up as soon as I can.

Should I go out of my way and get some live Brine Shrimp?

Because all I have right now is frozen Blood Worms and Brine Shrimp.
