Bloodworms= Bloating?

Okay so maybe I've been a bad fish owner but I'm still new. I've been feeding my community tank blood worms for their daily food. Then I've been reading on posts here that it causes bloating and I didn't believe it until I got up this morning and my female betta's got a large stomach area....is she bloated? How can I "cure" her? And should I stop feeding them bloodworms? What should I feed them instead, any reccomendations?

I would give them a varied diet not only blood worms. for me i feed my fish blood worms every other day for dinner. there hasn't been a problem for me so i would try a varied diet and see if it helps.

Try green peas to ease her digestion. Feed bloodworms only once or twice a week.
