What to do?

for the last week my HM betta has shown little signs of life floating at the top of his tank or sinking to the bottom and just lying there on his side... when i flick the tank he'll move but not like his usual self.. there nothing wrong with him in example he's the same color as i got him.. the water parameters are where they should be i don't know how old he is or how old he was when i got him.. i got him at the beginning of the year. My fear is that he is dying cause he acting the way my first betta died which i had for 2+ years any advice... i moved him to a temp medical tank witch i think is 5Qt with fresh water ( i change half a day) oh and he hasn't eat'n anything for at least 3-4 days

lying in this side aounds like SBD, does he look bloated? when was the last time he pooped?

No he's not bloated and he pooped yesterday i saw it hanging from him... he just getting worst everyday ( what i mean is he getting lazy and just doesnt look like his fish self) but if it is SBD i will start treatment and fast him for a couple of days
