I started seeing a GYN at 18 because breast and uterian cancer runs in my family. I decreased my chances of getting either by not smoking or hanging around people who smoke. But I still have a higher risk than average. I guess breast, ovarian, and uterian cancers are three things that suck about being female when it runs in your family or pops up randomly.

I know men can get, and die from, breast cancer too. So breast cancer isn't a 100% female problem. But I'm going to add it to my list of female complaints anyway. :3

I was a hormonal mess yesterday. I know it is hormones when I get depressed. My BF wasn't too happy. I didn't feel too bad for him. I deserve to wallow in my pity on occasion!

I feel a lot better today though. Am gonna talk to my Doctor tomorrow at my appointment about doing some testing for a hormonal imbalance.

On a happy note, my bloating is a lot less today. I dunno what that means, my body has been doing some crazy things lately, but it means I don't feel so fat.

I found it funny when the Dr. was wondering why they were doing cervical screenings when women with a full hysterectomy don't have cervixes (sp?) anymore :P
