I like sphatetti tongs and needleless syringes

sphagetti tongs for handling dead snails and moving stuff (specifically burying stuff in gravel) and syringes for med dosing and squirting snail nests. I dont use needles

Haha - I was just going to post 'chopsticks win!'

Well-rinsed yogurt containers with snap-on lids of various sizes. I use a lot of those, for cups and for storing plants during 100% water changes in Demyx's tank, storing fiddly extra bits of stuff in, food, supplies... I just make sure to rinse them super well in hot water before use.

Plastic milk containers with built in handles. I keep pre-conditioned water in those, very useful.

I use chopsticks, giant tweezers, scissors, plastic art bottle with a sharp tip for dispensing fish food, a plastic spoon to scoop gravel, TURKEY BASTERRRR lolol, condiment cup for water changes, A gallon poland spring bottle for aging water :)

Gallon jugs for water. Eye dropper to feed thawed brine shrimp to fish.

You didn't say *how many* favourites! :p

My biggest favourite is the syringe. I also use it to measure water into those little API test tubes, and to suck up and dispense thawed brine shrimp.

Turkey baster has my eternal love.

Also we have...I can't remember what they're called, those things that water plants...in every bathroom, also great for filling my smaller tanks.
