Exclamation Help!! urgent

I've had my betta since sunday and just tonight I've notcied that he has a large grey patch on one side of his body and smaller patches on his fins. His fins are slighlty curled at the edges but were like that when I got him.

Housing
What size is your tank? 30 liters (8 us gallons)
What temperature is your tank? 82 F
Does your tank have a filter? Yes its a biorb so the one that came with that
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? Yes an air stone
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? None

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Hikari Tropical Micro Pellets
How often do you feed your betta fish? x2 a day. Morning and night

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? x2 a week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? roughly 25%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? A tap conditioner. Interpet Bioactive Tapsafe

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters? Haven't tested. I dont have a kit so can't

Ammonia:
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? He has grey patches on one part of his body and a few places on his fins
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? I've only had him two days. He is resting alot sometimes on the bottom but also at the top
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Just this afternoon
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? I haven't done anything and the only meds I have is stuff to treat white spot and fungal infections
Does your fish have any history of being ill? Nope
How old is your fish (approximately)? Well I've had him two days

He was in a divided tank and the betta next to him was near death so I don't know if he has picked something up or what. The patch on his body looks like a blister but it isn't raised or anything. Its spreading rapidly. The patch on his body started just beside his gills and only went to his fins now its about a third down his body. Its spreading on his fins as well. I'm afraid it might be the mystery disease. :( hopefully you may be able to tell me other wise

Thanks

yes he is blue but he has a red streaks in his fins.

I've looked at that but the patches aren't that dark. They're more white then anything but its not fluffy so it can't be fungal.

columnaris can also start out as a grey patch but then it turns fuzzy. You would need to treat with a medication like furan 2 or anything that treats gram negative bacterial infections.

It could also be the dreaded mystery disease, which is a fast moving illness that can kill in a few hours but so far, I think only blue male bettas have come down with it

I'll keep an eye on him and post any updates. Just checked him again and the patches are still spreading and the ones on his fins are getting darker and starting to look more like the mystery disease. His breathing is labored as well.
