Help with Identifying Betta colors please?

I have 2 male Crowntails set up in a divided 5 gallon. I just put them in there yesterday and they already have some bubble nests, so they must approve.

Anyway, I was hoping to figure out what colors these guys are. I've looked at the Color guide, but I'm not seeing a pic that looks similar to the white/red one I have.

Here they are:

Here's the other male:

Thanks for any input that you can give. :)

Wow your bettas are gorgeous! And is the second one a comb tail?! (>*w*<)

Hmm. Your first one looks like it might be a white dragon with red wash? I can't tell for sure by the pictures. Or a white opaque with red wash. :/

I'm pretty sure the second is a crown tail, not a comb tail, as a comb fish has only very slight rays poking out on all fins, not just the tail. It's by no means a "show quality" crown tail as his rays don't poke out 50% length or something, but since they do on the fins I'm gonna say he's a CT. I also can't tell what colour his body is, but he looks like maybe a violet, magenta, or a red multicolour? Does any of that fit in your opinion?

They're both gorgeous by the way! Really striking colour, especially on the first one :)

Yeah, I'm not sure about the red one.

The second one is definitely a crowntail. His tail isn't spread out in that picture so it looks like he's a comb tail. I will get a better picture of him.

I never expected these to be show quality bettas. They came from a local pet store (locally owned - not Petsmart or whatever)...

I actually went to pick out just one... and I walked away with 2. I couldn't choose.

Okay so I couldn't get a picture of him flaring so you can see the tail better. So I took a video.

Here's the Bluish betta: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gobvTdGv_A4&feature=plcp

I also made a video of the silvery betta. He thought I was going to feed him :)

I turned the light on so you can see the colors better (took the video with my iphone)
