Question terminalia catappa?

I found some terminalia catappa seeds on ebay, I was wondering, would it be possible to grow them (in england)? My mum has a greenhouse and heated propergators, if I were to get some seeds, how would I grow them, and how long would it take for them to become fully mature? To the point that I could harvest the leaves for my tanks?

Since it's a full fledged tree (wiki says they can get to be over 100 feet tall when fully mature) I imagine it would take at least a couple of years to get big enough to supply a few leaves. Sadly, the wiki article is very sparse, doesn't have anything on growth rate, but betta breeders did get a shout out!
