Check out this big fellow!

My bosses got this fellow for me as a rescue...he was in a few ounces of water, and they said he was too big for the cup. As you can see, even in his temporary one gallon tank, he's huge! He's a copper (bright copper, really) with dark red fins. He looks like an old fellow, but he's got quite the personality and loves company. He moves pretty quickly, so getting a good photo is kind of tough.
He's going to share a split tank with my other boy, Rudis as soon as I get things rearranged. No name as of yet, but I think he deserves something suitably noble...

He's a handsome boy. A very lucky one.

A. He's gorgeous!
B. He looks like an "Ambrosius" to me. (Merlin's father in the Hollow Hills series)

Thanks for the name ideas! I'll add them to my list of good choices! Yeah, his fins get even more fancy when he flares at my boy Chewie (the halfmoon with the chewed fins). He's twice as big as my other fish...heh. I'm getting a five gallon tank from a friend as well, so I might just put him in that one so he has room for those gorgeous fins! It's a shame that he was in one of those 8 oz cups only half filled...some of his fins have a bit of curling, but he's doing great!
