Got a marble surprise :3

My mom went to Walmart and surprised me with a gift. MARBLES! :D

I removed all the gravel and replaced it with the marbles, and Buddha is in lovveee. He's been rubbing himself against it and swimming in circles around it.

Was a bit of a pain to find the right one, considering how there were some that were different colors, some glew in the dark, and others were just rainbowy. But these matched Buddha, and weren't sharp enough to hurt him :3

Do I need to be careful about anything with them?

As long as you washed them in Hot Water, the Marbles would be fine. And if Buddha can't see his reflection.

The gravel should be ideally soaked for 12-24 hours in dechlorinated water. And they look nice. But that bowl is a bit small, isn't it? Or is it one of those 2g ones? (Sorry, I have to ask) lol

I had them sitting in hot water for a few hours before adding them, so I hope that did most of the work :<

And yea, it's a 2 gallon :)

And as for his reflection, he can't see it. They're rather more see through if anything

*sighs* Nope :/

Water is at a constant 78-80 degrees though, thanks to my room. But I'm waiting for my next trip to Petsmart to get it.

I try not to "reprimand" people, because it annoys me when people do that to me lol! But we have to make sure Mr. Betta is okay, right? lol
