One of my Cardinal Tetras is trying so hard to stay alive right now. Trying to swim right...nose pointing towards the bottom and trying desperately to stay at the bottom (All testing shows nothing wrong with the water, ammonia, nitrite and nitrates all 0) I did give them a bigger tank recently and I think the stress got to him with the move

This is going to sound terrible to some BUT is there a humane way of helping him out, I hate to see him struggle as there is nothing I can do for him that I know of. Watching him struggle the way he is just isnt setting right with me.
