Just thought I'd say Hi.
I"m a 30 year old married chicka with a hubby that has no idea why I love keeping fish so much. No kids, 2 dogs, 0 cats (I can have as many fish as I want as long as I don't own cats).
My fish history:
My sister had a 55 gallon with angelfish and bala sharks and I loved watching her tank. I got a betta about 8 years ago named Frank and when he passed away from old age I got a 10 gallon with a comet and a mess of guppies.. well 2 rounds of ICK later the comet was the sole survivor and his name was Bubba. He passed away about a month ago (he was about 5 years old) and I converted the 10 gallon to a cold water tank with 6 WCMM 2 snails and 4 ghost shrimp. I had a spare 10 gallon with the old lid (I upgraded my cold water lid to a nice strip lamp) so I said I wanted fish so I did the DIY divider and now have 1 betta named Regulus in it. (pics posted of these fishies in the pics section) and in a few days I'll get another fish once the tank cycles a bit more. I'm still in debate on M or F betta for that side. I also have a small 2.5 gallon bow tank with a heater for Ted, a white make half moon that had awesome colors till he ate his tail off and it grew back clear XD He spends most of his day behind his filter or in his aztec head sleeping
