Think it's bloating?

Thank you so much for your advice and concern. We did the qt container with epsom salts and got it to the full change....treied feeding him after that two pellets (he ate one), and managed to suspend him in the larger tank.
Sadly, upon waking up this morning, we see that he passed sometime during the night.
My daughter isn't awake yet, but I know she will be upset.
I have learned two things from this:
1.) I love betta fish!`
2.)I know what website to visit, and much better how to provide proper care for these beautiful fish.
